It’s that feeling you get when you’ve done something to make them all hate you. You had to do it, and deep down, you felt it was the right thing to do for both of you…but they’ll never understand that. Ever. They’ll always see it as you bullying him. Or neglecting him when he needed you. Even though neither of those are true, people need someone to blame. You just happen to be it.

So brace yourself. They’re gonna try to make you feel like shit. Don’t let them. Keep your head held high and your spirits higher. No matter how heavy the burden.
